A Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a partnership between a company, university and a graduate. The company benefits from a highly qualified graduate working as part of the company for two years, to bring a strategic change to the business. They are supported by a team of experts – professors, senior lecturers and researchers, who bring technical expertise, research and innovation to the company.
The graduate (Associate) is employed by the university on a two year contract, but spends the majority of their time working in the company as part of the company.
